Yes! We are happy to hand write a card & send your gift for you. Please include a greeting card with your purchase, & write your personalized message in the notes box at checkout. Use your recipient's shipping address when checking out, & we will do the rest.
It's simple! Enter your gift card into the gift card box at checkout, & your balance will be applied to your order. If you are having issues using your gift card at checkout, please contact us, & we will be happy to help you.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. If there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately, & we will try our best to accommodate. If your order is already in the process of being shipped, your order cannot be altered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS or UPS customer service.

LOCAL PICK UP *RESUMES THE WEEK OF MARCH 7TH*
Although we are not open for public shopping at this time, we do offer local pick up for orders placed online. At checkout, simply select the free ‘pick up’ option as your delivery method. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up at our storefront. Our address is 1815 N Milwaukee Ave located in Bucktown.
Curbside pick up for online orders is available on Thursdays from 3-6PM & Sundays from 12-3PM. Please bring proof of purchase, a valid form of I.D., & wear a face mask.
While our brick & mortar store is temporarily closed during COVID-19, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. Due to the nature of our items & the safety of our employees & customers, all sales are final.
If you would like to submit your products for consideration, please either mail us samples or contact us with your information. Due to a high volume of submissions, we will only be able to reply to emails that are a good brand fit at this time. Thanks for thinking of us!
